Originated from the legal area of Jerez (Andalusia region of Spain, our sherry wine vinegar is obtained with the Palomino Fino and Old Oloroso grapes. The Sherry vinegar is fermented with the typical and traditional system called “Solera”, which implies the topping up in a series of wooden barrels, positioned vertically.
