A salad or fresh greens, apple slices, walnuts, red onion and cheddar topped with a light EVOO and Apple Balsamic Vinegar will delight your guests. Use it to glaze pork chops. Slice and sauté’ a tart apple in butter and brown sugar and deglaze with Apple Balsamic. Serve over grilled pork chops or chicken breasts nested on a bed of white or wild rice. Drizzle over sliced apples and parmesan for a simple treat.
